We hope you love your purchase! Since each piece is handcrafted with care, we currently do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you received a defective item, the wrong article, or if something was missed, we’d be happy to exchange it for you.

Exchange Process:
If you receive a defective item, a missing piece, or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us at support@fauxbyamna.com
with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Processing Time:
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once we receive it. You will be notified via email once the return has been approved and the replacement item has been dispatched.
